We look forward to another great and productive meeting! Below is a high-level agenda:

• CISTAR Fellows Bullock Museum Tour (Wednesday, September 27, 2023): Fellows will tour the Bullock Museum’s “Texas Oil and Gas” exhibit on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 27th.  Details to be announced, but we expect the visit will begin between 2:00 PM CT - 3:00 PM CT.  Please indicate your availability to attend on the RSVP and make your travel plans accordingly. Admission will be provided for CISTAR students and DCI/EWD staff who RSVP
• Wednesday, September 27: Informal welcome dinner at Maggiono’s 
• Thursday, September 28: Breakfast will start at 7:00 AM followed by a brief welcome and presentations. The Poster Perfect Pitch competition and poster session will take place after lunch. 
• Friday, September 29: Industry, CISTAR faculty, and fellows will participate in breakout sessions. CISTAR Fellows will attend a session on Ethics while industry and faculty gather feedback from the breakouts. Meeting will adjourn at 12:00 PM CT and boxed lunches will be available. 

 Lodging and Transportation

Information about available hotels and rates close to the Commons Conference Center can be found at https://commons.utexas.edu/meetings-and-events/area-hotels. The hotels listed are all within a 3-mile radius of the meeting site. Parking is available at the conference center for a low daily rate. Each participant is responsible for their lodging and transportation arrangements, expenses will be reimbursed through their home university.
