Welcome Dinner
Those arriving on Wednesday evening are invited to join us at Maggiano's Little Italy (10910 Domain Dr Suite 100, Austin, TX 78758) for an informal welcome dinner starting at 6:30 PM CT.
Lodging and Transportation
Information about available hotels and rates close to the Commons Conference Center can be found at https://commons.utexas.edu/meetings-and-events/area-hotels. The hotels listed are all within a 3-mile radius of the meeting site. Parking is available at the conference center for a low daily rate. Each participant is responsible for their lodging and transportation arrangements, expenses will be reimbursed through their home university.
